Cutting Through Water

Having previously worked with TG Designer Homes on the marketing materials used to promote their development The Vicarage, we were asked to design what would turn-out to be one of our personal favourites - the brochure and branding for Seascape. 

Seascape is a development of fourteen luxury contemporary apartments set upon Sandgate Esplanade, with stunning views looking out to sea.

Our idea for the brochure was to create something that not only conveyed the calm of a still early summers day looking out to sea across an empty beach, but also reflect the contemporary minimalist aesthetic that would surround you in your new apartment. We chose to use the stylised stencil font we'd chosen as our typeface, as a subtle window to glimpse different textures and scenes you might see when both living in and around your new abode. The overall effect is both physically relaxing and visually gripping, while oozing style, sophistication and rustic charm.
