Holden Grove is a development of two exclusive family homes built using the style, principals and technique found in Arts & Craft architecture. 

The brochure we produced to match the sophistication and quality of this select development carries a rich, indulgent feel when you hold it's deep brown cover in your hands. The fine detail of the tree silhouette mixed with the simplicity of the block colour pages and sans serif font accented by a traditional Arts & Crafts font create a homely blend of contemporary and traditional styles. This is followed through with the carefully crafted site plans & maps and beautifully constructed computer rendered illustrations.

As you turn page by page you are slowly transported to the lush cedar covered landscape where the houses now stand.
